The fabrication department is equipped with modern welding equipment enabling us to manufacture your components utilising MIG, TIG and Spot welding techniques.

On larger quantities or complex assemblies, we make jigs, using the laser and other materials to ensure accuracy and consistency. We have a team of fabricators who have their own workstations and tools. Usually 1 or 2 staff will produce all of a run higher quantity parts in order to ensure quality and their expertise on that item.

We can do any quantity of parts, from one offs to thousands, assembling many components into 1 product and/or creating flat pack systems to enable lower shipping costs or reducing component weight for our customers.
